Coeur à Soeur Program

Helping pregnant street youth, broken and in crisis

Coeur à Soeur Program

Vulnerable since childhood, abandoned and abused, left to fend for themselves on the streets of Montreal. What happens when they find themselves pregnant? Do they really have a choice?

With Welcome Hall Mission's Coeur à Soeur program, they have more than a choice -- they have hope. Hope for a life off the streets. Hope for a life with their baby. Hope for a future they had never thought possible.

Through Youth Services, our Coeur à Soeur counselors help these women through the process of finding housing, a source of income and everything they need for their baby. We also provide them with food, clothing, furniture and encouragement. Since January, the Coeur à Soeur program has helped some 200 young women in crisis.
