In the days following our Christmas for All toy distribution, Welcome Hall Mission distributes Christmas baskets to help thousands of underprivileged families enjoy the holidays.
These baskets, made possible thanks to the generosity of individuals who recognize the tremendous needs in our community, each contain a chicken or turkey, groceries, clothing and footwear!
Welcome Hall Mission is particularly thankful to Father John Walsh who dedicates one of his shows on CJAD 800AM to The Turkey Shoot every year! Listeners are asked to donate value of a turkey to help fill these Christmas Baskets. A Big Thank You to Radio Ville-Marie 91.3FM which holds a food & toy drive in front of its offices before Christmas to benefit Welcome Hall Mission.
As demand for this basic necessity continues to increase, Welcome Hall Mission has been able to depend on companies and organizations that set an example and the standard in social responsibility. Thank you for helping us ease the suffering of discouraged and disadvantaged men, women and children in Montreal.
