Distribution
Food Bank
There are two food distributions every week:
Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00am to 11:45am (by appointment only)
Mattress Distribution
Wednesdays from 9:00am to 10:00am (by appointment only)
For more information or to make an appointment:
Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 12:00pm and from 12:45pm to 3:00pm (except statutory holidays)
To open a file:
After making an appointment with us by phone, present yourself to the Family Services desk with the following documents:
1- A Medicare card or immigration papers of each person that lives in your home
2- Either the lease of your apartment or a Hydro Quebec bill or a Bell Canada bill
3- Source of income (paycheque or welfare stub, pension, etc…)
